Spring around the corner
Its such a great time of year here at Oldfields Farm. The hedges are all trimmed and the surrounding fields are becoming well stocked again with sheep and their new lambs. We’ve got the horses back in all our fields and with one of the Shires due to foal shortly we’re hoping for the new arrival in time for the school Easter holidays.
With rabbits frolicking in the bottom field and the sound of woodpeckers drumming around its a lovely environment to be outside on a warm Spring afternoon. The cycling teams are flashing by again on Sundays and the walkers can be heard chattering as they wander past on the front road. We’re looking forward to enjoying some long Summer evenings ahead!
